  • 09h30 Visit to the Exhibition of the Diorama of the Supramonte
  • 10H30 Visit of the Murales and the Exhibition of the Silk worm
  • 11H30 Visit of the local wineshop and tasting of wines of Orgosolo
  • 12h30 Typical lunch in the restaurant “Supramonte”;

  • Hors d'oeuvre with mixed local salami
  • Goat Ricotta cheese with mint
  • Sheep Ricotta cheese sautee
  • Lados with sheep meat ragout
  • dumplings “hurriaos”
  • Roasted pork
  • Lamb chops with thyme

  • “carasau” and “ispianadas” bread
  • Seadas (typical cake)
